7 BUENO® Chile Pods (stems & seeds removed, pods rinsed)
1 lb. lean pork loin, bite-sized
1 lb. lean beef loin, bite-sized
1 32 oz. pkg. BUENO® Frozen Corn Posole
3 qts. water
2 medium onions (2 cups), diced
6 cloves garlic, finely minced
4 tsp. granulated garlic
1 Tbsp. salt
1 14 oz. container BUENO® Frozen Red Chile |

- Place chile pods, pork and beef loin, posole and 3 quarts of water in a 12-quart pot. Bring to a slow boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
- Add onions, garlic, granulated garlic, salt and frozen red chile puree.
- Add water as needed. Bring to a slow boil. Cover and simmer 2 to 2 ½ hours over low to medium heat, allowing flavors to blend. Makes twelve 16 oz. servings.
