Chicken Adobada Burritos

This slow-cooked, marinated chicken is a treat. Remove the lid of the crockpot for the final 30 minutes and the potatoes will be a bit crispy. Mmm!

4 split chicken breasts, cut into strips
4 medium potatoes, cut into small wedges
1 16 oz. jar BUENO® New Mexico Red Chile Sauce
6 BUENO® Tortillas

 


1.  Place chicken and potatoes in crockpot.
2.  Pour sauce over top.
3.  Cook on high for 4-6 hours.
4.  Stuff fill into tortillas. Makes eight 4 oz. servings.
