Turkey and Green Chile Stew

A delicious and flavorful take on turkey.

1 lb. ground turkey
¼ onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 fresh tomatoes, chopped

1 13 oz. container BUENO® Frozen
   Green Chile
3 cups chicken broth (from bouillon
   cubes)
½ cup water


1. Brown turkey in a saucepan over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
2. Blend in onion, garlic, tomato and green chile.
3. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes over medium heat.
4. Add chicken broth and water. Cook uncovered over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Makes six 8 oz. servings.
